RUGBY LIVING
A 'hands on' husband and wife team, we are full-time professional landlords living in the Rugby area. Members of the National Residential Landlords Association and franchisees of Platinum Property Partners, we pride ourselves on being honest, fair landlords.
All our properties have been inspected by Rugby Borough Council and licensed where required. When you house share with Rugby Living, relax in the knowledge that our properties meet all the required Health & Safety and amenity standards for shared houses in the borough. All legal requirements are met and your deposit is protected.
We care about your house share experience. No agencies are used, all contact you will have is with us. We promptly respond to any issues and have trusted trades people to call on when needed.
OUR PROCESS
If you see a room that you like, give us a call. We can have a chat, answer any questions you may have and arrange a day, evening or weekend viewing to suit you.
We will meet you personally at the property, show you around and answer any further questions you may have. If you like what you see then you just need to complete an application form and return it to us. A £100 holding deposit will ensure that the room is taken off the market whilst we complete our referencing checks.
Referencing is undertaken as standard and we will contact your employer and current/previous landlords. We will also need to see a copy of your passport, any applicable visas and 3 months bank statements.
Once referencing is completed successfully, your next step is moving in. During 'check-in' we take you through the tenancy agreement and do a full tour of the house to help you get to know your new home.
