At Rugby Living when a housemate moves on we ask them to fill out a feedback form. The first question is:

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being most likely, how likely are you to recommend us. 

The average rating from the last 51 responses is 9.84. We continue to strive to make it a straight 10.

Everyone signs up to a 6-month tenancy with the option to stay on after that, and the average stay of 117 housemates who have since moved on is 13.2 months. 

At Rugby Living we care about our housemates.  Below are a few comments made by people when they left us.

We have never had to worry about any issues (even when we have had accidents!) and I think this down to the commitment of yourself and Bev in maintaining a pleasant living environment in all aspects of the house. We know this can be rare so we would like to thank you for that. Curtis H
